From our first interview, I knew that Michael would be the one for my Dad. His kind, soft spoken and friendly demeanor was very pleasing during our first meeting. He was very comfortable sharing information about himself so that we could get to know him a better. We hired him on the spot and from that day on Michael and my Dad developed a very special relationship, one that I will always cherish. Michael is an extremely conscientious individual, taking his responsibilities very seriously. He is very detail oriented, always punctual (usually early), always seeking the best alternatives for my Dad, a progressive thinker and problem solver. Michael shared a similar sense of humor with my Dad, they made each other laugh all the time and others, too. Most importantly, Michael treated my dad like his own family with love, kindness, compassion and care. My Dad referred to him as "the best brother".
